Video berikut adalah pelatihan tentang Action Lerning, salah satu bidang management SDM yang sangat penting dalam rangka mengatur oragnisasi dalam menangani masalah secara bersama-sama dengan sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi. The Lecturer is Michael J. Marquardt, Ed.D., President of the World Institute for Action Learning and Professor of Human Resource Development and International Affairs and Program Director of Overseas Programs at The George Washington University, spoke at a workshop hosted by the adult learning program in the VCU School of Education Department of Teaching and Learning. The title of his workshop was "Action Learning -- A Powerful Tool for Developing Leaders, Solving Problems, Building Teams and Transforming Organizations." The event was coordinated by Assistant Professor Robin R. Hurst, Ed.D.

Judul pelatihan yang disampaikan di George Washington Univesity ini adalah Action Learning, Suatu kekuatan guna menciptakan para leader, peneyelesaian masalah, dan pembentukan tim dan transformasi organisasi.
